seasonal bouquet alliance/backyard bouquets

Last year, many of us flower geeks (aka farmer florists) shelled out several weeks of farmers market income to travel to philadelphia and attend the seasonal bouquet project workshops with jennie love of love n' fresh flowers and erin benzakein of floret.

they subsequently decided to disband the project, but have each started a new, similar venture to encourage flower aficianados to make a weekly bouquet sourcing only local materials from backyards and farms.

so, this week I thought I'd jump in the fun while I can. voila!
